New CEO of J.Sörling-Ilsbo AB,

We have today appointed Anders Felling as the new CEO of J.SÖRLING-ILSBO. Anders will from the first of October replace Pernilla Wiman, who has been acting CEO since January.
Anders comes most recently from YMER TECHNOLOGY, where he has worked since 2017 as business unit director (BU) with responsibility for the off-highway segment. Anders has extensive international experience where he has had several leading roles over the years. Anders has a solid background in marketing and sales and long experience of working with in-house developed products. Anders is 58 years old and lives with his family in Västerås in Sweden. Anders has a master's degree in industrial engineering and management from Linköping University. At the beginning of his career Anders worked for almost 11 years at Volvo Trucks in Gothenburg.

He has a solid background from the industry with an extensive experience from marketing and sales, which will create excellent conditions for the company's continued development. Inducore appoints Magnus Biesse as CEO


Inducore appoints Magnus Biesse as CEO after Petter Arvidson who left the position in september after his relocation to Gothenburg. The chairman Per Vannesjö upholds the role as CEO until Magnus Biesse enters his position during the spring, latest May 1.

Magnus is since 2011 CEO for Proton Group, based in Värnamo, with almost 700 MSEK turnover and above 400 employees in five business areas.

”Magnus has a very relevant background as leader for a family owned group with both own products and subsuppliers. He has been a strong driving force and clear leader in the development of Proton Group. I welcome Magnus Biesse to Inducore”, says Per Vannesjö.

Karl Ove has extensive experience of senior executive responsibility for financial functions and IS/IT. Karl Ove has previously been CFO in the business area at AssiDomän Packaging and at Rottneros and Frango (in that time listed companies). Karl Ove have also been CFO in Euromaint. Since 2012, he has worked through his own company, with interim assignments, as senior financial positions in companies such as Fortum Heat, Dannemora Mineral and Munthers.

Arenco acquires KVK


Arenco AB has acquired Kalmar Verkstadskompetens AB (KVK),
KVK, with a turnover of approximately SEK 13 million in 2015, is active in machine assembly and rental of personnel for industrial companies.

Arenco, with operations in Kalmar and Shanghai, performs machine assembly and manufactures components within the machine segments; Packaging Machinery, Fish Cleaning Machines and Matchmaking Machines.

"With the acquisition of KVK, we strengthen our capacity in machine assembly. A well-functioning workshop with high competence, provides flexibility between our operations in Kalmar and Shanghai, which will benefit our customers," says Håkan Mattisson, President of the Arenco Group.

PLS acquires 100% of Norfrig specialising in FRC deepfreeze truck bodies


PLS & Sala Kaross AB, Rydaholm, Sweden has acquired Norfrig Sverige AB, including its subsidiary Norfrig, with total revenues of SEK 145 million. Norfrig was until the acquisition by PLS family owned. The company develops, markets, sells, and produces truck bodies for temperature-controlled transport of goods. Norfrig also runs service shops in Tomellila and Malmö in the South of Sweden, and Örbero, 2 hours drive west of Stockholm.

PLS & Sala Kaross AB is part of a Nordic group of leading truck body builders, Nordic Truck Bodies, NTB, which in turn form a business area within the Inducore Group. NTB, as well as Inducore, strengthens its position as one of the leading Swedish truck body builders through the acquisition of Norfrig.

Lemont AB acquires Svanströms Lackeringar


Lemont AB, Ludvika, part of Amymone Industry, Vasterås, has acquired Svanströms Lackeringar (Svanströms) with operations in Smedjebacken. Svanströms, with sales of approximately MSEK 15, is a surface treatment company with customers in the energy, forestry, and industrial sectors.

"The acquisition of Svanströms is a step forward that will strengthen our position as a full-range supplier in the areas of machining, surface finishing and assembly. Svanströms' know-how, expertise and customer base are a good complement to our business. Svanströms' customers are world leaders in their fields and they have a long-term strategic position in the market," says Thomas Olofsson, Managing Director of Lemont.

"Selling the company has been a major and difficult decision for me. However, I realise that the new owners, Lemont, will provide the resources we need to take another step in the development of the company.
